Reflect on your own identities, biases, privileges, positionally, and how they form a lens in which you make sense of the world and how you see and make decisions on behalf/with our students and families.

Engage all staff, students and families in conversations and training
about equity and inclusion.
Support staff in identifying. reviewing and implementing
curricula, initiatives, and efforts to close the opportunity gap.
Promote participation in all activities supporting equity in our school
community.
Analyze student data to inform our decisions with regards to closing the
opportunity gap
Work with community partners to develop curriculum and access to
programs offered as well as expose students to career opportunities.
Reevaluate school systems to best support our school community using
a social justice lens.
